The --noshow option allows you to not immediately open the generated SVG, but if --show-cycles is used to generate an SVG of cyclic dependencies only, then that overrides --noshow.

I believe that --noshow should mean "don't open any generated SVGs." This PR implements that.

It's in 1.6.2. I'll try to get it up on PyPI later today (I'm getting HTTPError: 405 Client Error: Method Not Allowed for url: https://pypi.org/ right now for no obvious reason).
