Initial tool release

Usage

  1. Run ToggleSysFx.exe from the Command Prompt
  2. Type the number of the device you'd like to toggle this setting for
  3. Confirm that you want to change the setting in case the current one is undesired

This tool can be used to toggle the setting on any device but by default it only displays microphones. If you'd like to include output/render devices in the list, run the tool with the /all parameter.
