No Go changes in this release — website and content only.

  • The website goes light-first — a full light/dark/system theme: light by default, the old dark design pixel-preserved as the dark variant, an anti-FOUC script so the first paint is always the right theme, and a sun/moon toggle in the header (persisted, instant, follows your OS in system mode). Verified with a CDP-driven real Chrome session.
  • New blog: AGENTS.md best practices — 'the agent reads it before your code': a 3,500-word field guide to project-level agent instruction files (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and the neighbor formats), with a comparison table of the landscape, verified sources, and an honest 'when this is the wrong move' section.
