Improve document analytics

Summary

• clarify the shared and connection-specific credential keys when no credential is configured
• add an Include child paths option to Vercel and Plausible document reports
• allow multiple analytics connections on one document root and provide a root-scoped provider selector
• document the provider selection, child-path scope, shared credential override, and multi-provider root behavior

Why

Editors can now switch between configured providers for the same document root, while keeping their preferred provider per root. The path scope can also be widened deliberately when reporting on a parent page. The documentation now reflects those workflows and the exact connection-specific secret key.
