What changed

• adds a title-claim-function copy-verifier check for slides and section headings
• distinguishes concrete causal mechanisms from category-error agency
• catches calendar/container outcomes, tool or package personification, vague uplift, generic handles, and counting/journey title frames
• adds fire/clean fixtures and executable rubric coverage

Why

High-salience titles were passing the general prose rubric even when they hid the slide's actual test or mechanism. “Week 1 ends with a calibrated eval” is grammatical, but the calendar container obscures the completion evidence.
