@thecodrr is there anything we could do to help automate this and make it easier for you?

I've worked on a few projects with automated setups for releasing if it'd be helpful to try using a similar approach. E.g. SvelteKit uses changesets and package-manager-detector uses bumpp to automate a lot of the process depending on what you want the workflow to look like
