Title: flock is open source, and an agent's first frame fills its pane

flock is free and open source. The source now lives at
github.com/theflock-labs/flock-code under Apache-2.0. Every paid tier is
gone: no workspace caps, no agent caps, no plan tab, no checkout. What was
behind the Individual tier, including graph insights, is open to everyone.
Signing in with Google stays, because friends, presence, and shared graphs
need an identity; nothing about it costs anything. If a build older than
this one still shows a cap, the backend has already lifted it, and this
update removes the surfaces that asked.

An agent's first frame fills its pane. A new agent could come up
drawn for a terminal a quarter the size of its pane, hugging the top-left
corner until a window resize snapped it out of it. The pane's size was
never wrong; the agent just never heard about it. The size corrections
land in the agent's first few hundred milliseconds, before its runtime is
listening for them, and a signal delivered to a process that is not
listening yet is simply gone. The agent then laid out its splash and
login screens for the size it read at birth and, redrawing only what it
believes changed, never revisited them. flock now hands every agent one
unmissable size change at the moment it demonstrably starts painting,
which is the earliest a signal is guaranteed a listener. Resizing the
window to wake a pane up is over.
