Fixes a real gap found during manual testing: TruthLog now detects when shell integration never activates for a terminal (not just when the global setting is off) and warns accordingly. Most notably this covers cmd.exe, which VS Code's shell integration does not support at all (microsoft/vscode#164646) - previously this left the TruthLog sidebar silently empty with no explanation. Switch to PowerShell, bash, zsh, or fish to use TruthLog.
