This beta begins the migration of RetroIPTVGuide to a cleaner, isolated Linux application layout and prepares the updated codebase for wider testing.

• Preserved public GitHub, GHCR, and supported project references required for installation and updates.
• Updated supporting scripts, configuration examples, and related project files for the v4.9.9 migration work.

Beta Notes

This is BETA 1 of v4.9.9 and should be considered a testing release. The primary focus is validating the new Linux layout across fresh installations and upgrades from existing RetroIPTVGuide deployments.
