Description
Hi,
Thank you for your effort in creating this valuable tool for the community and for all of the high-quality documentation!
I was interested in applying moscot for spatiotemporal interpolation (i.e. given a time-series spatial transcriptomics dataset, with 3 timepoints [A,B,C], I would like to learn a mapping from A->C and then see if this mapping interpolates B along the way). Figure1 in the paper seems to suggest that this is a downstream analysis of moscot (attached). Is there a simple way to use the .pull() or .push() methods in the SpatioTemporalProblem class to perform this downstream task? Thank you for your help!
