scverse/spatialdata-db vitessce display

Hello everyone 👋

I noticed on the scverse/spatialdata-db lamindb instance there's one vitessce link for artifact https://lamin.ai/scverse/spatialdata-db/artifact/L4zu6cvqmHX70yrs, but it seems no overlays are displayed in the visualisation when clicking on a gene id:

Is this supposed to work or a bug?

Thanks a lot for reporting this! There are still a few issues to resolve for the full integration of Lamin SpatialData artifacts, and Vitessce, which we're working on together with people from each project. The sample you mentioned is actually already part of a bug report for the developers, so hopefully it’ll be fixed soon.

We plan to upload interactive visualizations for each data sample as soon as these issues are resolved.

thanks for getting back.
I think the bug was fixed on vitessce side recently, but so far I haven't had the chance to test and integrate the changes.
I'll ping you here as soon as I can confirm.
