Simplification

  • Remove DoH warm-up and retry logic — network instability is external and unsolvable by ziplock; failing DNS now fails fast rather than retrying indefinitely
  • Switch DoH TLS backend to https-aws-lc-rs (from https-ring)
  • Add both Cloudflare Family nameservers (1.1.1.3 + 1.0.0.3) for redundancy
  • Merge 1Password directory scans into a single pass
  • Extract shared test helpers into tests/common/mod.rs, removing ~350 lines of duplicated scaffolding and diagnostic code
  • Fix duplicate (allow sysctl-read) in sandbox profile
  • Fix ADR docs to accurately describe mach-lookup design and current TLS backend
