Fixed

• Fixed duplicate auto-paste on some rich text editors (YouTube, Gmail, Facebook), where the same prompt could be inserted twice back-to-back.

Root Cause

• The extension dispatched a synthetic paste event, and some editors handled it internally.
• After that, fallback insertion logic (insertText) could still run, causing a second insertion.

Technical Fix

• Added before/after content checks around paste handling to detect successful insertion.
• For contenteditable editors, when paste is canceled (handled by the editor), the operation is now treated as successful and fallback insertion is skipped.

Impact

• Auto-paste now inserts text once in affected editors.
• No changes required from users beyond updating to version 2.02.
