Windows launcher 1

Not a release of battlemap-mcp; nothing to download here.

This is the fixed Windows launcher that battlemap-mcp releases from 1.2.0 on ship as battlemap-mcp.exe, with the program itself beside it in battlemap-mcp.pkg. It is PyInstaller 6.16.0's bootloader, built from source by this repository's release workflow, and it stays the same from release to release so the antivirus reputation it has earned carries over. Release builds check it against this SHA-256 before shipping it:
