Patch release. No new server, no new bundle: 20 bundles, 19 servers plus the office-suite bundle, all at 0.9.2.

Round 15 fixes

• expense-tracker: the report window is clamped to the range that actually holds
  receipts, so a wide date range no longer reports an empty period as a real result.
• recurring: amounts are broken down per line (net, VAT, total) and the upcoming
  schedule reports its own totals instead of leaving the caller to add them up.
• clauses: adding a starter clause that collides with an existing id now says which
  clause it collided with and what to do, rather than failing on a bare id.
• timezone: the working zone is read from the saved profile when the caller does not
  pass one, so a plan does not silently fall back to UTC.

Other changes

• Upgrade links in cap messages carry an src tag, so a click can be attributed to the
  message that produced it.
• Hosted endpoints: all six upload shims accept a URL as an alternative to inline
  content, through one shared guarded fetch helper.
