This release covers plenty of additions and fixes for Press Sync.

• Fixes author attribution issues when dealing with multisite
• Terms are now fully synced when sending a post to the remote site. Previous behavior was to sync the term name to the proper taxonomy, but that didn't include term meta and didn't preserve the term slug. Now it does!
• If using the advanced features filter, you can now specify a date to sync from. When using this feature, only posts modified after the specified date will be synced.
