Binary-only Win32 distribution of the closed-source FnQL Steam provider. The provider is PE i386, uses a self-contained static MSVC runtime, and loads Valve's steam_api.dll from the user's legitimate retail Quake Live installation. Valve binaries and FnQL-Steam source are not included. GitHub's automatic source links are for the public FnQL engine commit used to host this asset; they do not contain provider source.
