…segmented control) The admin per-peer role control is back to the pill style you liked: a single badge-style pill (exact style: 10px, padding 1px 6px, radius 8px, role colour — viewer gray / editor blue / admin purple). For the admin it's a BUTTON that cycles viewer -> editor -> admin on click (tooltip "Role: <x> (click to change)"); non-admins see the static pill.
