Adds checkout billing fields (optional, settings in "Checkout" admin page)
- title field
- birthday field (with mask mm/dd/yyyy)
Sync user data to Mailchimp (using Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin) with following merge tags:
- title as CIV
- firstname as PRENOM
- lastname as NOM
- birthday as DDN
