Zycord v0.1.0 — first published build

The public testnet is live and mining since 2026-08-30T00:00:00Z. Mainnet has
not launched and its parameters are not frozen: chain id 1 is pre-genesis with
an unpinned genesis id, and there is no coin.

Testnet, rebuildable with `zcd genesis --testnet`:

Two tiers ship and they are disjoint: the -randomx archives join a network and
are reproducible nowhere; everything else is byte-identical and runs devnet
only. Windows has the attested tier alone.
