v0.8.0: multi-step browser tasks (Jev agent), scrollable answer bubble

- src/agent: Jev browser agent after browser-use/jev-ultrafast (MIT). One page snapshot per step; one Jev
  request picks the operation and, speculatively, a target per operation; typed text is chosen from the goal's
  phrases (no text model). Freshness and occlusion checks before acting, step/decision budgets, stuck detection,
  never confirms purchases/payments/deletions/sends unless asked
- src/cdp.ts + browserd: minimal CDP client; one long-lived process holds the connection so Chrome's
  "Allow remote debugging?" is answered once; `visioncli browse <goal>` streams steps as JSON lines
- quick.ts: browser_task intent (only with the browser in front); app runs the agent and shows steps live, Esc stops
- Answer bubble scrolls in place with a right-edge scroll bar, takes the mouse, toolbar replaces the ⌥ hint;
  ⌥P/⌥O/⌥↩ cancel the pending ⌥ hold
- Tests: agent loop against a fake page and scripted Jev; routing filter; step text
