README restyle: short core-value bilingual + animated hero

README is 190 lines of everything; core value buried. Restyle short and sharp, add zh translation, add animated hero SVG echoing deva.sh site.

• README.md rewritten ~80 lines around one idea: container is the sandbox, mounts are the contract
• README.zh-CN.md added, section-for-section mirror
• docs/assets/deva-hero.svg: terminal card, gradient wordmark, blinking cursor, agent-name typing loop (SMIL; GitHub plays it via img)
• deep docs cut to one docs.deva.sh pointer; llms.txt pointer kept for agents
