PUT /put-secret, DELETE /delete-secret, and DELETE /delete-table should also incorporate MFA codes
Figure out if /POST create-table can overwrite an existing table - if so, include MFA for that as well
No MFA will mean no access to overwrite existing secret(s)?
If so, should clients integrate this?
Is this getting too complex? Research industry standards
