v1.0.2 — Spec compliance pass

Doc-driven cleanup against the official Claude Code plugin/skill specification.

Changed

• Removed non-spec `license` field from `SKILL.md` frontmatter (already covered by `plugin.json`, `marketplace.json`, and `LICENSE`).
• Added official schemastore `$schema` to `plugin.json` for IDE autocomplete and validation.
• Removed invalid `$schema` URL from `marketplace.json`.

Added

• `CHANGELOG.md` covering the 1.0.0 → 1.0.2 history.

No behavior changes. Same install command:
