Conan Setup — spec-first project onboarding

• Conan Setup: new terminals open a spec-first setup menu (powered by the bundled conan-cli) — pick a method, get interviewed, and start Claude with a real PRD.md and CLAUDE.md. "Start Claude instead" skips it in one keystroke; toggle it in Settings ▸ Terminal.
• Two methods ship: Karpathy (deep spec interview → PRD + CLAUDE.md) and conan (light environment interview → a CLAUDE.md operating system for how you work).
• Auto context tracking is now opt-in — Conan no longer spends session context to measure it unless you turn it on, and the Context controls only appear with a live Claude session.
