Unified platform release: Open · Neural · Protected as one present-tense product architecture, with Lab CLI DX, docs/site polish, and the first crates.io publish.

Highlights

• Lab onboarding: dold guide, demo, convert, config, commands / topics, pipeline, self-test, structured JSON errors
• Validation & inspect: dold validate, fmt, richer inspect --json, shell completion
• Unexpected Open surfaces (postcard, ambient, seal, radio, mesh, kaleidoscope, timeline, …) with honest non-crypto claims
• Neural foundation stubs + DeterministicBaseline; Protected refuse stubs (no AEAD yet)
• Brand / funding consistency (thanks.dev, Pages, dold funding / brand)

Open and Neural are not encryption. Protected AEAD is not shipping in this release (refuse stubs only).
