Fix detection of native Claude Code binary: The official install script (curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash) places the binary at ~/.local/share/claude/versions/<version>, causing proc_name to return the version number (e.g. 2.1.32) instead of claude. PromptPulse now falls back to checking the full executable path via proc_pidpath, so native installs are detected correctly.
