• View icon and title when moved out of the Explorer
  (#1): the view
  declared neither icon nor contextualTitle, so dragging it to its own
  spot in the activity bar, secondary side bar or panel made it inherit the
  Explorer's files icon and the title "EXPLORER" — indistinguishable from
  the real Explorer. It now uses $(history), the same codicon as the
  built-in Timeline view, and is titled "Line History". No change while the
  view stays inside the Explorer.

• Icon: crop SVG viewBox tight to the tile so the artwork fills the
  marketplace canvas instead of being inset with a 10% transparent margin.
  Same artwork; was rendering smaller than peer icons.

First Marketplace release.

• Extension icon: stacked-revisions glyph (same line at multiple commits,
  gutter with commit dots) over a magenta→violet gradient. Source SVG in
  media/icon.svg; PNG in media/icon.png is what the manifest points at.
• Marketplace metadata: homepage, bugs, author filled in; private
  flag dropped so vsce accepts the package.
• Release tooling: scripts/release.sh automates bump → tag → .vsix →
  smoke-test pause → marketplace publish → push → GitHub release with the
  .vsix attached. See RELEASING.md.

No functional change to the extension itself vs 0.1.3.
