AWS Backup Custom module DR selection handling

  • Fixed backup selection creation errors when DR mode is enabled
  • Added separate plan_creation_map to properly handle DR selections
  • Regular backup selections now correctly exclude DR-enabled plans
  • DR selections continue to function properly with original plan status checks
  • Prevents "BackupPlanId must not be empty" errors for multi-plan selections

When DR is enabled for a plan type, the module now correctly:

  • Skips creation of regular backup plans and their selections
  • Creates only DR backup plans with cross-region copy actions
  • Requires both backup_schedule and add_to_dr tags for DR selections
