This is the windows 7 x64 release driver with a catalog file added, but no digital signature, tested on Windows 10 x64. You'll need to Disable Driver Signature Enforcement and/or enable test mode.

This is a messy hack, but it works.

Instructions for Windows 10x64:

  1. Enable Test Mode / Disable Driver Signature Enforcement (reboot as needed)
  2. Plug in controller with chatpad attached, allow windows to install normal driver
  3. run chatpad_installer_amd64.exe (reboot as needed)
  4. run chatpad_control_amd64.exe and confirm function in notepad
