TalkTalk

TalkTalk is an innovative mobile application that bridges the communication gap between the deaf and hearing communities. The app seamlessly converts sign language into voice and vice versa, making communication more accessible and inclusive.

Features

  1. Sign to Voice: Translates sign language into spoken words in real-time, enabling fluid communication with the hearing community.
  2. Voice to Sign: Converts spoken language into sign language animations, displayed by a customizable avatar, helping users engage with the deaf community.

Technologies Used

  1. Flutter: For building a responsive and interactive UI across iOS and Android.
  2. TensorFlow Lite: Used for the machine learning models that interpret sign language and speech.
  3. MediaPipe Holistic: Utilized for real-time hand and body tracking, essential for accurate sign language recognition.
  4. Rive: For creating and integrating animations, including the customizable avatar.
  5. Blender: Used for creating the 3D avatar models.

Usage

  1. Sign to Voice: Access this feature to translate sign language into spoken words. Perfect for facilitating communication in diverse settings.
