✔ Changed Python version in meta.yaml (now 3.8 - 3.12 instead of 3.13)
✔ Fixed setuptools.build_meta issue in pyproject.toml
✔ Ensured setuptools is installed before Conda build
✔ Created a new GitHub release (v1.0.6) to trigger the build
