Interim release of milestone 1.

What's Changed

You can now move entities with the arrow keys.
Major expansion of rules for walls and paths
Some UI layout and font size changes
Double clicking on errors/warnings now selects that entity
Added filter to tree view
Added display of teleport destinations
Implement spell icons (traced for originals)
Delete key will now delete an entity
