• Present Talk and door access as separate rounded controls instead of one
  shared capsule. Labelled actions use independent pills, icon-only actions use
  independent 48-pixel circles, and narrow layouts hide labels before the
  controls can overflow.
• Align the README, configuration examples, door-access guide, and testing guide
  with automatic image sizing, automatic Sections height, icon-only actions,
  and the separate Talk and door layout.

Fixed

• Use the same fixed-surface, straight-edge door hold animation for labelled
  and icon-only controls.

Tests

• Verify separate Talk and door controls, labelled and icon-only presentation,
