Fixed

• Preserve an interactive card's automatically detected media shape when Home
  Assistant rotates only the access token in a camera-proxy poster URL. Actual
  entity, poster path, and other query changes continue to reset automatic
  sizing normally.

Tests

• Cover camera-proxy token identity, token-only interactive-card updates, and
  the boundary where a genuine poster resource change must still reset the
  outer card shape.
