Fixed

• Hide pending and failed background preview images in the interactive card and
  fullscreen viewer so missing camera images cannot display a broken image icon.
  Show the preview again when a replacement image loads, keeping media controls
  available throughout.

Tests

• Cover pending previews, failed images, replacement image recovery, and continued
  recording player availability.
