• Add Control camera in card, an optional interactive dashboard mode with
  Recording and Live tabs, playback, Talk, configured door access, and an
  explicit fullscreen button.
• Add independent dashboard startup choices to wait for a tap, play the last
  recording, or start Live muted.
• Add a separate Door control location choice for keeping door access in the
  fullscreen viewer or also placing it on the dashboard.

• Start an on-demand recording by tapping or keyboard-activating the camera
  image, keeping the preview free of a large central Play button.

• Require a ready Live picture before enabling Live-only door actions, keep edit
  previews non-interactive, and prevent duplicate cards from opening competing
  Live sessions for the same camera.
• Stop inline media before opening fullscreen and suspend it while the card is
  not visible.

• Reorganize the README around a short setup path, the two dashboard behaviors,
  common configurations, and current visual-editor screenshots.
• Expand the configuration and door-access guides with option comparisons,
  safety guidance, examples, and visitor-control state explanations.

Tests

• Cover interactive startup, door readiness and placement, fixed control sizing,
  minimum card geometry, inline/fullscreen handoff, duplicate Live sessions,
  and desktop and iPhone layouts.
