• Add an optional last-activity timestamp entity under Card appearance,
  showing a compact localized relative time below the camera name or by itself
  at the top left when the name is hidden.
• Accept ISO, Home Assistant input-datetime, and Unix-second or millisecond
  timestamp states, with an exact hover time and fuller screen-reader label.

Fixed

• Let direct-recording controls fade after a paused or finished video becomes
  idle, while preserving tap-to-resume, tap-to-replay, and keyboard playback.
• Restore an interactive card immediately after returning to its Home Assistant
  dashboard view instead of waiting for the camera entity's next state update.

Tests

• Cover timestamp parsing, localization, invalid and unavailable values, editor
  placement, name and no-name layouts, responsive widths, and separation from
  every header control on desktop and phone.
• Cover paused and ended recording-control cleanup, interaction delays, stale
  timers, replay-from-start, and desktop and phone playback behavior.
• Cover disconnecting and reinserting the same interactive card without any
  intervening Home Assistant camera-state update.
