Fixed

• Move the Ding prompt into the shared centered viewer message area and keep it
  clear of visitor controls on phone and desktop layouts.
• Show a temporary header bell whenever a Ding arrives, but show Open live
  view only when Live is not actually running. The action remains available
  when an on-demand Live view is selected but still idle.
• Use one white tone for the normal header controls, leaving amber for the Ding
  bell and red for the active Live indicator.

Tests

• Add responsive browser coverage for the centered Ding prompt, its placement,
  and its transition into Live.
