Update for new Home Assistant features

• Filter by hidden_by.
• Filter by time specification (e.g. last_updated: "< 5 h ago")
• Add and filter (useless, really...)
• Add else option to display a different card if the entity filter is empty.
• Allow sorting of IP addresses
• Allow sorting by device or area
• A few minor tweaks
