AmiSync 0.9.6

Downloads to a fast client no longer fetch every block twice: a block that
arrives ahead of its turn is held instead of re-requested. A block request
the peer never answers now times out and retries instead of hanging the
transfer. A file being written during a scan is left for the next scan
rather than announced with the wrong size. A peer that resets the
connection is logged as that, not as a framing error. The first log line
now names the CPU, Kickstart and TCP/IP stack - please include it in bug
reports.
