AmiSync 0.9.7

A send that stops draining now fails after 120 s and reconnects instead
of holding the worker forever; any send over 5 s is logged.

The Workbench AppIcon is relabelled at most every 10 s while syncing.

Startup logs which AmiSSL library was loaded.

New tools/taskmon.c: a priority-127 sampler that logs, once a second,
which task was running. For diagnosing whole-machine freezes.
