feat: add V/Oct + Gate input support and clear latched notes function

- Add Input 3 (kGate) for note gate input and Input 4 (kCV) for V/Oct input
- V/Oct input accumulates notes in latchedNotes without auto-clearing (unlike MIDI)
- Add clear latched notes function on Encoder 1 push in Slot page
- Update help display to show encoder turn/push actions with compact formatting
- Improve help text: "Slot/Clear" and "Adjust/Mode" for better space efficiency
