feat: make Length immediate in Jam mode and add Reset trigger

- Length now works immediately in Jam mode (no need to save notes first)
- Length range expanded to 1-32 steps (was limited to pattern length)
- Velocity patterns run independently of Length (always cycle 8 steps)
- Added Reset trigger input to reset all counters to step 1
- Live length/offset values apply immediately during performance
- Fixed default slot length to 8 (was pattern-dependent)
