Coverage: Google (Gemini/Vertex) and AWS Bedrock-native feeds

Google's deprecations page uses 'earliest possible date' semantics - the spec may need a date-precision qualifier. Bedrock is both a distributor (distributions[].via for Anthropic/OpenAI models) and a publisher of its own lifecycle states incl. the paid Extended Access phase. Status 2026-08-01: the Bedrock distributor half shipped in v0.1.0 - refresh/distributors.mjs parses AWS's model lifecycle page, normalizes bedrock ids against publisher feeds, and upserts aws-bedrock distributions with never-drop guards (already corrected a hand-compiled date by three months). Still open here: Google publisher feed (Gemini deprecations page + models endpoint), Vertex as distributor, the date-precision qualifier for Google's 'earliest possible' semantics (overlaps #6), and Bedrock-as-publisher for Nova models.
