Most of the changes in cc-rules v0.5.2 are internal; the only really visible change is that the default C/C++ flags are now lists rather than one giant string, which should make them more maintainable. arcat v1.2.1 fixes the long-running problem with long file names in GNU-style ar archives, along with more robust ar handling generally.
