Omarchy BBS v0.9.0

Fixes the inline reply editor so it renders as a clearly visible, focused, keyboard-ready text field beneath its target. Adds a dedicated Feedback category, growing multiline editors with bounded scrolling, mention-only bar highlighting, and an in-panel update notice using Omarchy’s standard plugin updater.
