The INCOMPLETE EXTRACT block's examples showed bare guids, but the inventory and column phases already fetched every object's name before the failure-prone phases run. The block now renders examples as "'Revenue' (Sales Fact)" with guid fallback for anything unresolved. Message-layer only — collection, guard decisions, and exit codes unchanged.
