Thraft 0.1.22

The rail is now a door into each project's rooms, ideas have a page of their own, and Memory records decisions and their reasons. Signing in to plano.sh now runs through plano.sh itself, so update to sign in.

• The rail is a door. Its head names where you are and opens the menu, with Find for the palette and a start button for New plan. Under it sit your projects, and the open one folds open to its rooms: Home, Plans, Ideas, Bugs, and Memory. The plan lists on the rail are gone; open a plan from the Plans page, a tab, the palette, or Home.
• Switch workspace. The menu no longer lists projects. Switch workspace lists this Mac and each workspace you are in, and picking one opens the project you opened there last.
• An Ideas page. Open it from Home, the palette, New idea, or Cmd+I. Your ideas sit on a wall of cards, newest first, and older ones fade. Point at a card to Start a plan or Drop it. In the capture, Enter moves to the text and Cmd+Enter keeps the idea.
• People read by their plano.sh handle. The members list, the member record, and your Account row show each person's @handle, so a GitHub rename no longer changes how someone reads. An invite still takes a GitHub username.
• Memory records decisions. The wiki is now called Memory, and the pages Claude writes there record a decision and its reason rather than describe behavior. A Memory page offers Rewrite around decisions, a one-time pass that rebuilds it from the project's decisions. A Claude Code session connected to Thraft can read every decision, with what it set aside and whether it still holds.
• A safer sign-in to plano.sh. plano.sh runs the GitHub sign-in itself, so no GitHub token is ever on your Mac. A sign-in lasts 90 days.
• Faster on large projects. Opening a plan, switching back to one, and syncing a shared project read far less, and a locked keychain no longer freezes the window.
• Fixes:
  • Open Project, Recent Projects, Minimize, and Zoom work again from the menu bar, their shortcuts, and the palette.
  • Renaming a plan while Claude works on it now waits for the turn. The turn used to never land.
  • A block with Windows line endings beside a reference no longer crashes the window.
  • A Jira push that stopped part way no longer creates its first ticket twice when you push again.
  • A shared project larger than 10 MB syncs, instead of reading as offline.
  • An edit you made on a shared project is kept when plano.sh is busy or your sign-in has lapsed, instead of being dropped.
  • A connection that went quiet while your Mac slept reads as offline, and quitting mid-save no longer empties your settings.
  • Completing one plan and opening another no longer shows the Memory turn on the wrong plan, and its Stop stops the right turn.
  • A page that could not read its data says so, instead of showing an empty list or a plan with no breakdown.
  • A Claude turn no longer runs your own Claude Code hooks.

Thraft 0.1.21

Your projects are now grouped by workspace, and a solved bug can be reopened. plano.sh no longer accepts 0.1.20, so update to keep working on a shared project.

• Projects grouped by workspace. The switcher and the launch screen list the projects on this Mac first, then the open project's workspace, then your other workspaces, each headed by its count of people. A project that is not on this Mac yet reads dimmed with a download mark. Shared with you is gone.
• Upload into a workspace you are in. Upload to plano.sh now asks where the project goes: into a workspace where you are an admin or a member, or into a new one you name. The switcher also offers Invite people when you are an admin of the open project's workspace, and Add a project….
• Reopen a bug. A bug that ended done or dropped now offers Reopen, which takes it back to Not started with the open bugs.
• A Claude Code session can stop, drop, and reopen a bug. A session connected to Thraft can take a ticket or a bug back to Not started, drop a bug that no longer holds with its reason, and reopen a solved one. A bug's activity names the person the session works for.

Thraft 0.1.20

Invite someone to one project as a guest, and sign in to Claude Code without Terminal. Earlier versions keep working with shared projects, but they show a guest as a member.

• Invite to the workspace or to one project. An admin now picks the level of each invite. A workspace invite makes a member. A project invite makes a guest, who reads the plans, writes notes and reviews, and submits them for a member to run the turn. The Members group reads On this project and shows each person's standing, and Thraft asks before it removes a member from the workspace.
• Sign in without Terminal. Sign in now finishes in your browser. While it runs, Thraft reads "Finish signing in with your browser." with Cancel. When signing in fails or takes longer than five minutes, Thraft says so on the settings page.
• Fixes:
  • A note's and a reply's age no longer reads short by your time zone's offset, and the hover stamp shows your local time.
  • Renaming a shared project now renames it in Shared with you on every Mac.
  • On the rail, d deletes an archived plan, as it does on the Plans page.
  • A conformance check that Claude Code refuses as signed out now offers Sign in.
  • When Thraft cannot tell whether a change reached plano.sh, it says the change may not have landed and pulls, so you never send it twice.

Thraft 0.1.19

Thraft no longer keeps a Claude token. Every turn now runs on Claude Code's own sign-in, as Anthropic's terms for Claude Code require. 0.1.18 keeps working on shared projects, but update so Thraft deletes the token an earlier version stored.

• Turns use Claude Code's own sign-in. Settings no longer offers a token of Thraft's own. The first time this version opens, it deletes the token an earlier version stored and says so once. When Claude Code refuses a turn as signed out, Thraft asks once more before it offers Sign in.
• Every plan has a row on the Plans page. Open it from the Plans crumb on any plan, the Plans door on Home, or the palette. Plans are grouped by In planning, In development, Completed, and Archived, with filters, an order, and Find a plan. A completed plan says how long it took and what it left behind. Home no longer shows the Completed and Archived columns.
• See who else is working on a shared plan. When someone starts a turn, runs an audit, or edits a block, everyone else reads a line under the crumbs that names them, and Thraft asks before you start anyway.
• A Claude Code session can write a plan. A session connected to Thraft can now create a plan and write its blocks. Each write lands as one agent revision that you started, and you review it like any turn.

Thraft 0.1.18

A shared plan now goes from a first draft to completed with everyone on the project, and anyone on it can start a plan or file a bug. plano.sh no longer accepts 0.1.17, so update to keep working on a shared project.

• A shared plan runs to completion. Start the work, Draw it again, creating and updating tickets, and Mark as complete now work on a shared project. The breakdown runs on your Mac with your own Claude Code, and plano.sh assigns every ticket key. Everyone reads the owner's board settings, and a shared project on Jira needs a later version.
• Anyone on a shared project can start a plan or file a bug. New plan opens an untitled plan in a tab of its own, and its first turn names it. A bug takes its key from plano.sh, so two people never file under the same key.
• The agent's first draft of a project reads as a review. Each part of the record is a card you can Keep, Rewrite, or Write it, and Keep the rest keeps the others. A guess reads as low confidence and an empty part as not drafted. Once you are done, the dock offers Start your first plan.
• A plan whose text changed after the work started says so. It reads "Changed since it settled" and offers Audit to re-plan, also from the palette.
• A new palette. The grounds are near-neutral with a faint violet, the settled green is warmer, and text on an accent button is dark.

Thraft 0.1.17

A shared project now works from your own clone, with its turns and its audit running on your Mac, and a new project starts from one line you write. plano.sh no longer accepts 0.1.16, so update to keep working on a shared project.

• A shared project opens in your checkout. Add the clone you already have, and Thraft offers to open the shared project there, so its turns and audits read your code. A copy you downloaded earlier can move into a checkout from its settings page.
• Send works on a shared project. The turn runs on your Mac with your own Claude Code, and its answer reaches everyone once plano.sh takes it. The history says who started each agent revision.
• The audit and Mark as ready work on a shared project, so a shared plan can go from a first draft to ready. Starting the work on a shared plan comes in a later version.
• A new project starts from one line. Say what you are building, and the agent drafts what that line supports. A guess reads as low confidence with a note on where it came from, and your rewrite of it clears both.
• Tabs work like browser windows. A press opens things in the tab you are on, and Cmd-press adds a tab. Each tab has its own back and forward, one plan can be open in several tabs, and any tab can close or move.
• Before your first project, the window says what a project is, offers Add project, and lets you sign in to plano.sh.
• Thraft checks Claude Code as it opens. When a first read can't run, Thraft says why and offers Sign in, Open settings, or Check again, and the read starts on its own once the cause clears.
• Fixes:
  • Dragging a tab moves the tab, not the window, and the strip shows where it will land.

Thraft 0.1.16

A new window. The plans you keep open sit in tabs, a crumb row says where each one lives, and a band along the foot says what is true of the board in front. You don't have to update to stay in sync on a shared project, because 0.1.15 still works with plano.sh.

• Tabs. Cmd-press a plan in the rail, or choose Open in a new tab from its menu, to keep it open. Cmd+T, Cmd+W, Ctrl+Tab, and Cmd+1 to Cmd+9 work as they do in a browser, and each project keeps its tabs between launches. Recently viewed lists the last ten things you opened.
• The crumb row. The top of the board names the project and then the plan or page, and each crumb opens what it names. The plan's menu is the ellipsis after the last crumb, and its Rename now sets the plan's code as well as its title.
• Expand at the right of the crumb row, or Cmd+S, gives the board the whole window. Restore brings the rail back.
• The bottom band shows who you are, the plan's revision, what a running turn is doing, the open and settled counts, the branch, and a read-mode switch, also on Cmd+E.
• Handles for threads and findings. Every thread has one, T1 onward, and every finding, F1 onward. A sent thread folds to one line, and Activity says which thread a revision answered.
• The dock opens as one tall sheet. Each row says what is true, then offers the act, and Submit batch is now Send. The dock pulses for a new person until they first use it, then never again.
• Adding a project shows what Thraft found in the folder before it writes anything, and in a Git repository it offers to add .plano/ to .gitignore.
• Share project is now Upload project. Sharing starts when you invite someone.
• plano.sh is faster. Thraft keeps one connection open, sends edits made offline in batches, and compresses a project download: Thraft's own went from 1.09 MB to 330 KB.
• Fixes:
  • A claude that is slow to report its version no longer reads as missing, and one that fails reads as failing, with what it printed. Thraft finds Claude Code installed while it is open without a relaunch.
  • Model and Effort in settings list what Claude Code offers, starting with Default.
  • Download as local project no longer waits forever when its push cannot start.
  • A note composer beside wrapped text no longer runs past its foot.

Thraft 0.1.15

Any copy of a shared project can now archive, rename, and move things, not only edit plans. Update to keep a shared project in sync, because plano.sh now refuses 0.1.14 and older.

• Changes from any copy. On a shared project you can archive, restore, and rename a plan, change its handle, rename the project, remove a tag, move or drop a ticket or a bug, and add, edit, or drop an idea. Offline, Thraft refuses at once and says so.
• Agents too. start, review, done, and comment in plano mcp work on a shared project.
• When a rename lands, every copy removes the old file if Thraft wrote it, and keeps it and says so if you edited it.
• Fixes:
  • Escape leaves the Bugs page, the Glossary, and the Wiki.
  • The dock's toggle opens the project's chat on the first questions.
  • A page opened over Home puts the project's composer away.
  • The record section says what stopped the conformance pass.
  • An issue on Thraft's board is named by its key, not its position.
  • You can cancel a sign-in that is waiting on github.com.

Thraft 0.1.14

Shared projects take members. Invite people by GitHub username, and edit, note, and review a shared project from any copy. Update to keep a shared project in sync, because plano.sh now refuses 0.1.13.

• Invites. The owner invites someone by GitHub username from Members on the project's settings page. The invite lands the next time they sign in, within 30 days, and the project appears under Shared with you.
• Members lists everyone, with the invites that are waiting or expired. Only the owner can invite, remove, or delete the project on plano.sh. A removed member's copy leaves within seconds, and their name stays on everything they wrote.
• Writes from every copy. Your edits, notes, replies, and read marks reach every other copy. They show in place, marked waiting, until they land, and they go out in order once you're back online.
• If another Mac changed the plan first, the dock says who and offers Redo or Discard.
• Download as local project on a shared project's settings page turns it into a local project.

Thraft 0.1.13

The first Thraft Team release. Sign in to plano.sh with GitHub, upload a project, and open it on a second Mac.

• Sign in. Your name at the foot of the rail opens a menu with Upgrade to Thraft Team, which signs you in with GitHub. Sign out is in the same menu and in settings.
• Share a project. Share project on Home uploads the whole project to plano.sh. For now, the Mac that shared it keeps a read-only copy. Delete project on plano.sh in the project's settings makes it local again.
• Open it on another Mac. A second Mac signed in to the same account lists the project under Shared with you and opens a read-only copy. Changes show on the copy within seconds.
• Your name, once. You read as the same person on every plan, and a rename in settings changes your name everywhere.
• Audits stop at development. Once a plan is in development, the dock stops offering Run the audit. To re-plan, use Audit to re-plan on its tickets page.
• The wiki updates at completion. Completing a plan writes the wiki from what was built. Update the wiki is on every plan's dock.
• plano.sh has a privacy page, and its log records no content.
• Fixes:
  • A reply under a finding reaches the turn that answers it, and the turn follows your reply over the finding's suggested fix.
  • An audit no longer files a finding that an earlier run left open or that you already answered.
  • While an audit's findings are open, your notes join the same batch, and one Send findings answers both.
  • Each thread keeps its own reply draft.
  • A turn that only asks a question no longer lets the plan settle over a guess.
  • A redraw no longer adds rows for work that live tickets already carry.
  • A click on an idea card no longer drags the row on the next pointer move.
