Fetch2Gmail v1.0.8

• Remove Google Sign-in from web UI; get token via fetch2gmail auth (CLI)
• Add set UI password wizard and change-password on dashboard; require
  token.json before setting password to avoid lockout
• Show "Get token.json" step when credentials exist but token does not
• Verify IMAP credentials on config save and initial setup; return 400
  with clear message and show in UI on failure
• Re-read poll_interval_minutes every 10s so interval changes apply
  without restart
• Handle IMAP password decrypt errors and surface in UI; reject put()
  on non-OK so config save errors display
• Suppress googleapiclient discovery cache INFO (cache_discovery=False)
• Update README: new auth flow, serve defaults/options, troubleshooting
